I had really great time here, marvellous and incredible location!
The service was exceptional, including a fast check-in. No worries about free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It worked quickly. Location: the hotel was next to ferries to the UK as well as basilique de Sainte Therese were bathed in an apricot light at sunset. Street food restaurant Crok House was located 10 minutes walk away.

Clean, friendly hotel, ideally situationed for the city centre. Staff notably helpful and friendly. Car parking directly over the road in underground car park, special rate with hotel 7 Euro overnight. Good base for touring Normandy

The hotel was next to a park in the middle of the city. It is close to numerous good restaurants. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. I liked the quality and price balance. Nice rooms, clean and very comfy beds.

The staff's helpfulness really shines, particularly those lovely women in the breakfast room who made mornings less of a chore. Plus, the comfy bed was a dream after a culinary adventure around the square!
The room was a bit snug, but perfectly adequate for our two-night stay. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a multi-storey next door at 22 euros a day-bit of a bummer, but they offer a small discount, so it all works out.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, located in the middle of the city, and in convenient walking distance to most sights, except the Peace Museum. Excellent base for taking in the sights of Normandy, particularly the D-Day bridges. For that, a good plan is to drive in the morning straight to St Mere Eglise and then work back to Caen in the evening.
Staff never could get wake-up calls right. Generally, only pay parking is available, though the Hotel can provide an overnight voucher for "only" 7 Euros at the parking garage across the street.

We had a boss stay, couple of nights exploring Caen's sights. Room was dead comfy, and the staff were all sound, especially Jeremie, who gave us great dinner tips. Only downside was breakfast could’ve had more variety. a right nice place!

Located next to a restaurant that was noisy till early AM. Construction occurring outside of hotel was noisy all day long. Heat was on till May 15th and it was 82 degrees in the room; no option to cool.
